CNC Router Capabilities

Ideally suited for individual and nesting parts machining, Pearson Millwork CNC routing offers versatility with excellent processing performance. With two CNC machines, and flexible operation, we can meet your specific needs. We can tool and nest from most CAD files and can accommodate a variety of materials such as PVC, foam, solid surface materials, and a wide range of wood sheet products. Maximum acceptable size is 5-ft x 10-ft. Reliability and repeatability is our priority.

Machine Features

Moving bridge (stationary table) type equipped with one 15-HP router head with an 8-position automatic tool changing system.

The work table has two vacuum zones, which allows for holding a wide range of small and large work pieces and X, Y and Z axis operation.
