CARL PEARSON Owner & CEO
Carl was born and raised in Stanwood, Washington. Carl has over fifty years of experience in the architectural woodwork industry. He received his associate degree in construction and cabinetry from South Seattle Community College. A company member of the Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI) since 1982 and active in the AWI WA Chapter. Carl received the honorary award for “Legends of the Industry” in 2012 for his support to AWI and to the architectural woodwork industry in the state of Washington from the AWI WA Chapter.
DOROTHY PEARSON Owner & CFO
Dorothy Pearson was raised in Mt. Vernon, Washington. Dorothy attended Skagit Community College. Dorothy and Carl raised their two daughters in Everett, Washington. She has over 35 years experience with accounting and office management.
KIRSTEN INGHAM President
Kirsten Ingham was born and raised in Everett, Washington. Kirsten received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington State University. She has over twenty years of experience in architectural woodwork industry. Kirsten has been an active member in the AWI since 1991 and volunteering in such positions as the secretary to the president of the AWI WA Chapter. She was on the AWI national Board of Directors and filled her term as the 50th President of AWI in 2004-2005. Kirsten continues to be active with the AWI WA Chapter and AWI national.
SCOTT INGHAM General Manager
Scott Ingham was born and raised in Everett, Washington. Scott attended Edmonds Community College and completed the four year apprentice training program through the Carpenters Union. He has over 28 years in the manufacturing industry, including over 15 years in architectural woodwork and 14 years in precision sheet metal fabrication.
